 Accepting Applications for Next Year

Enrollment

Take a Virtual Tour

Our Virtual Tours are designed to help applicant families learn more about our program, philosophy, and community. Parents are introduced to our campus and connect with faculty, administrators, and current parents.

Fill Out the Inquiry Form

The first step of the admissions process is submitting the inquiry form. We accept children four weeks of age to five years old for our full-day program; and children up to the age of twelve for our afterschool, holiday, and summer programs. After our office processes it, you will be contacted regarding availability. You will then receive instructions for setting up your applicant account where you will be able to access the application form and your applicant checklist.

Complete Your Parent Interview

Parent Interviews are an opportunity for applicant families to meet with us, share more about their family, and ask any questions. All parents/guardians should attend the interview. Please let us know in advance if a parent is unable to attend.
After completing the Application, we will reach out to families to schedule their Parent Interview. The Parent Interview is a 30-45 minute conversation between the applicant child's parent(s)/guardian(s) and a member of our Admissions Interview Team.

Complete an Application

The online application process begins after you submit your inquiry form and complete your parent interview. The application form includes general information as well as longer questions so that we can learn more about your family.

Submit Additional Documents/Sign Required Documents

After completing the application you will receive instructions on how to upload additional documents. The following documents are required: Child’s Birth Certificate, Child’s up-to-date immunization records, all permission slips, and agreements must be signed.

After submitting the required documents, you will be asked to submit a $100 application fee by credit card.

Submit Your Application for Child Care Assistance

If your family is applying for financial aid you will receive an application for Louisiana’s Child Care Assistance Program. Submit your financial aid application and documents by the return date. Failure to return documents could cause a delay in admissions. Please note that the application process can take up to 30 days for approval.
